We’re holding auditions for our Empire Elite Co. Acrobatic Dance Team, launching September 2025. Students will be considered for group routines, solo and duo placements, selected by an independent panel. Not all dancers will be placed into our Elite Co. — some may be offered a place in our Academy or Recreational programme, depending on skill, performance, and readiness. Audition Breakdown: Warm-Up, Flexibility & Conditioning: To assess stamina, core strength, flexibility and overall readiness to train at an advanced level. Skills Assessment: Students will be assessed on core acrobatic technique, including limbering, strength holds, balances, jumps, and tumbling. This allows us to see control, coordination and technical foundation. Choreography Section: A short piece will be taught on the day. Students will be observed on how quickly and accurately they pick up choreography, their focus, retention, and ability to apply corrections in real time. Improvisation Round: A chance for students to move freely, allowing the panel to assess performance quality, movement creativity, musicality, and individual style. Audition Times: Ages 7–10: 10:00am – 12:00pm Ages 11–17: 12:00pm – 2:00pm Audition Fee: £10 This will be deducted from your fees if your child is offered and accepts a place in any programme (Elite Co., Academy or Recreational). You only need to complete one sign-up form — your child will automatically be assigned to the correct audition time based on age. Please ensure you've noted the time above.

Each audition carries a separate fee, which will be deducted from term fees if your child is offered and accepts a place in either programme.
