Camp notes

Please note that safety precautions have been put in place due to the virus.

We will need to check your child's temperature before entry into the venue and should your child present with a temperature, they will unfortunately not be permitted.

You will be required to sign a waiver form.

Parents will also need to drop off and wait outside (if you want to wait, but you are more than welcome to drop off and come back at 2pm). Parents will not be allowed on to the premises or to sit in the waiting area.

Children will be in bubble groups and rotate around activities. They will also be required to sanitise between activities.


You should provide your child with a packed lunch.

Your child should wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers. Please remove all jewellery and tie up long hair.

Children cannot be dropped off early, you will need to wait with your child until we open the doors.

Please ensure you are on time to pick your child up. You will be charged a £5 late fee, if you collect your child more than 5 minutes late.

Unsafe behaviour during camp will result in your child not being able to participate in the class and any further booked sessions.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of session.
